Valuations

Our valuations are based on what properties are selling for in your area at the current time. We offer 75-85 % of the property's value. There may be the odd occasion where this is not achievable but this is mainly on very high value properties. We will always discuss how we came up with the valuation on your property and a free copy of the report for your property is available at any time.

Service levels

We aim to call you back within the first 24 hours of your enquiry. In 95%of the cases, we call you back on the same day you make an enquiry. Our Offices are manned for 16 hours so there will always be somebody to respond to any of your queries personally. We are contactable by mobile phone outside working hours. We keep you informed of progress every step of the way. You will receive a phone call update every week with information of your sale is progressing.

Tenancies

In response to what most of our clients have told us they want, we offer long-term tenancies, giving you peace of mind. We commit to renewing tenancies up to 5 years at a time where needed. Copies of tenancy agreements are available to you on request. The rents charged are based on the going rates in your area. Where this is not the case, in some special circumstances for instance, we will notify you. It is our policy to commit to maintaining the property in the right standard, with all the legal requirements in place. Our tenancies are backed by legal financial guarantees.
